The Role:

a high-performing, hard working sales team focusing on accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations for the French Fusion Cloud Apps large enterprises segment ensuring you attract and retain top talent.
an entrepreneurial leadership style, with full responsibility to lead, drive and deliver new Cloud sales revenues across Applications.
the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success.
Rep performance through objectives, targets and with regular, transparent 1:1 feedback.
long-term sustainable relations with senior-level customers and partners.
with successful and supportive functions, enabling you and your team's success.

What you'll bring:

You have at least 5-10 years of experience in leading successful sales teams (core Account Executives selling SaaS solutions)
You have experience leading teams who close large complex deals with large enterprises
You are coming from a similar IT environment and understand our business
You are proficient in French and English
You are legally authorised to work in France
