DevOps Engineer - Leeds | Hybrid (1 day office per week)

Ready to join a HealthTech company that's quietly transforming lives at scale? We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build the next-generation platform powering critical healthcare services.

This isn't just another DevOps role. The company is kicking off a multi-million-pound, 3-year technology programme, and you'll be at the heart of it...shaping how platforms, automation, and cloud services come together to make a real-world impact.

What you'll tackle:

Build and grow a high-performing Platform Engineering team from scratch.
Design resilient, scalable platforms across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid systems.
Champion DevOps and automation to accelerate delivery and reduce complexity.
Drive adoption of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to boost reliability and uptime.
Experiment with new tools and technologies, keeping the platform future-proof.
Collaborate across Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery to ensure smooth integration.

What we're looking for:

Strong Azure cloud experience (compute, networking, resource management).
Hands-on with Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos.
Familiarity with IaC (Terraform, ARM templates, Azure CLI).
Deep understanding of modern platform management: DevOps, Agile, SRE, ITIL.
Experience scaling platforms in regulated or complex environments.
Excellent communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
