Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Representative (UK) Role Summary Prospect new clients in the UK market for a SaaS sustainable finance SaaS platform. Develop and execute lead generation strategies, optimize prospecting campaigns, analyze journey and qualification, and manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools to drive sales growth. Expectations Deliver measurable pipeline expansion and qualified leads, demonstrating rigorous analytical approach and proactive problem‑solving. Communicate fluently in English, with French a plus. Own all stages of the lead lifecycle from discovery to qualification and nurture via SEO, content, social media, and A/B testing. Key Responsibilities - Identify and refine UK‑specific lead generation strategies. - Execute, monitor, and optimize prospecting campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, content marketing, social media, blogging). - Analyze prospect journeys, qualification metrics, and funnel performance. - Manage HubSpot CRM, update contact records, and employ marketing automation tools. - Design, run, and interpret A/B tests to improve marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and targeting. - Report on key performance indicators and provide actionable insights. Required Skills - Proven experience in B2B SaaS lead generation or related area. - Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset. - Proficiency in HubSpot (experience preferred; not mandatory). - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM management. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French a plus. - Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and adapt to fast‑paced environment.
