Content Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end content strategy and production for both B2C and B2B audiences, driving organic growth through SEO, AI‑driven GEO, digital PR, and organic social. Manage a small content team, coordinate cross‑functional campaigns with Growth Marketing, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Own performance measurement, budget oversight, and partnership building with influencers and thought‑leadership initiatives.

- Scale content output while maintaining accuracy, tone, and strategic alignment.
- Leverage data to refine strategy and demonstrate ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and grow a two‑person content squad, setting clear objectives and fostering professional development.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar across channels (website, email, social, video, whitepapers).
2. Repurpose content for B2B and B2C use, preserving brand voice and maximizing efficiency.
3. Oversee quality assurance: review, approve, and edit all content prior to distribution.
4. Own SEO & GEO strategy, collaborate with agencies, and implement AI‑driven search optimizations.
5. Lead digital PR initiatives, cultivating media relationships and managing outreach.
6. Design and execute organic social media tactics that complement SEO and PR efforts.
7. Produce, schedule, and manage email/newsletter campaigns, including weekly retention and monthly B2B/B2C newsletters.
8. Plan and supervise video content pipelines, from scripting to production.
9. Coordinate thought‑leadership assets (whitepapers, case studies) to position brand as industry authority.
10. Build and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors and external partners/influencers.
11. Monitor and report on KPIs across all content channels, providing actionable insights and trend analysis.
12. Manage marketing budgets for SEO, GEO, digital PR, and content initiatives; monitor spend, approve invoices, and report ROI.
