**Job Title:** Human Resources Administrator **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive HR operational support within a global banking organization, handling complex employee and manager queries, ensuring compliance, and driving process excellence across the employee lifecycle. **Expectations:** - Resolve Tier 2 HR escalations promptly and keep stakeholders informed. - Coach users on self‑service tools and Workday processes. - Maintain high data quality, audit case work, and uphold service level agreements. - Deliver accurate pre‑employment documentation and ensure right‑to‑work compliance. - Support internal controls, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and resolve HR cases, adhering to SOPs, policies, and SLAs. - Guide Tier 1 colleagues, escalating issues when necessary. - Conduct audits of Tier 1 case handling for process adherence. - Oversee document management and employee record accuracy in HR Central Services. - Advise on HR process compliance, payroll instructions, and employee correspondence. - Monitor HR system utilization and champion data integrity. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a client‑centric service model. **Required Skills:** - HR Operations/Shared Services experience. - Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. - Proficiency with HRIS (preferably Workday) and case‑management systems. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to prioritize, handle large workloads, meet tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure. - High literacy, numeracy, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. - Detail‑oriented with strong judgment, confidentiality, and a proactive, results‑driven mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent professional HR/business certification). - Preferred: Master's degree in HR or related field; ongoing professional development.
