**Job Title:** Industry Architect – Life Sciences
**Role Summary:**
Lead the technical architecture for Salesforce-based solutions in the Life Sciences sector across Northern Europe. Define reference architectures, ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EMA, GDPR), and drive end‑to‑end solution design and validation while partnering with customers’ IT leaders and ISV ecosystems.
**Expectations:**
- 8–10 + years of enterprise/solution architecture experience, primarily in pharmaceutical, biotech, or MedTech environments.
- Proven track record building validated, compliant solutions and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder programs.
- Strong communication skills to engage with CIOs, CTOs, and senior technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Establish and maintain reference architectures integrating Salesforce core, Agentforce Life‑Sciences features, and partner/ISV solutions.
2. Lead discovery, blueprinting, and architecture design for new implementations and proof‑of‑concepts.
3. Provide technical oversight on pilots, early‑stage deployments, and hand‑off to implementation teams.
4. Work with customers’ IT and enterprise architects to align Salesforce within broader enterprise architecture frameworks.
5. Design validation strategies and ensure solutions support auditability, traceability, and compliance documentation.
6. Collaborate with security and regulatory experts to address local regulations (EMA, GDPR, data residency).
7. Mentor solution engineers, account teams, and field staff on best practices and capability positioning.
8. Produce technical enablement materials to accelerate adoption of Agentforce Life‑Sciences solutions.
9. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers’ technical leadership on architecture and compliance matters.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep knowledge of commercial, medical, and R&D life‑sciences processes.
- Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and data orchestration.
- Strong architecture design and blueprinting abilities.
- Experience designing compliant, validated systems in Pharma/MedTech.
- Ability to balance scalability with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Relevant architecture certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent).
