Serve as a subject‑matter expert, advising customers on best practices, strategy, and compliance. Expactations: • Deliver high‑quality implementations on time and within budget. • Align solutions with ServiceNow standards and enterprise ITIL practices. • Ensure measurable business outcomes, increased automation, and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities: • Design and configure CMDB, Discovery, Operations Intelligence, and Cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Connect enterprise data sources – Intune, SCCM, JAMF, security tools, and custom APIs. • Conduct technical workshops, future‑state design sessions, and solution reviews. • Advise on long‑term platform strategy, governance, and best practices. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across public/private clouds and on‑prem infrastructure.
