Enterprise Account Director – MVNO, Cloud, Core Network, SaaS, Enterprise, UK
**Role Summary**
Lead and grow enterprise enterprise accounts across the UK and Europe for a Network & Cloud vendor. Drive new revenue, manage complex sales cycles, build strategic customer relationships, and execute the go‑to‑market strategy within the designated territory.
**Expactations**
- Deliver annual sales targets and forecast accurately.
- Expand market share in the EU, focusing on fixed and mobile network, cloud, analytics and customer‑experience solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, articulating complex value propositions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive new revenue opportunities and close high‑value deals across the UK and Europe.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, relationship building and partnership collaboration.
- Own territory management, including territory planning, account segmentation and resource allocation.
- Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles: qualification, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and sustain strategic, long‑term relationships with existing customers, ensuring upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and customer visits.
- Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports and business metrics to senior leadership.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years of solutions‑based sales experience in the enterprise IT/telecom space.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in network‑based solutions.
- Strong business acumen in fixed and mobile networks, analytics, and customer‑experience platforms.
- Expertise in articulating and closing complex, high‑value deals with C‑level executives.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self‑directed, results‑oriented approach.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering or related field preferred).
- Relevant sales or telecom certifications are a plus (e.g., ISO, CCNA, Microsoft Certified).
