Job Description
**Job Title:** HR Intern – Global Corporate HR **Role Summary:** Support the Corporate HR team in day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects across the employee lifecycle. Provide administrative assistance, aid recruitment and onboarding processes, and contribute to learning & development initiatives while collaborating with global HR partners. **Expectations:** - Recent graduate (HR or related field) or ≤2 years HR experience. - Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages a plus. - Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment. - High attention to detail and accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain employee data integrity in Workday and support workforce planning tools. - Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries, routing requests appropriately. - Assist end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, offer preparation, and pre‑onboarding. - Contribute to design and delivery of onboarding and L&D programs. - Partner with global HR teams on cross‑functional projects and events. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Effective interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills. - Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, data management). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent). - No specific certifications required; HR‑related certifications (e.g., CIPD) are advantageous.
