Job title: Learning Specialist – Digital Learning & Systems (12‑month Fixed Term)
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and manage global digital learning solutions that support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, professional development, sales enablement, and compliance. Implement and embed learning systems (LXP, authoring tools, Salesforce, Hibob) and analyse learning data to drive continual improvement. Act as a trusted liaison between learning, IT, operations, HR, and compliance teams.
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑quality, engaging digital content aligned with business objectives and key metrics.
- Maintain learning libraries, pathways, and user audiences to reflect role‑based skill requirements.
- Implement and sustain learning platforms, ensuring integration with corporate systems and audit readiness.
- Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to enhance learning strategy.
- Manage projects and stakeholder expectations with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create, curate, and update digital learning content for diverse audiences.
2. Translate complex information from SMEs into clear, engaging learning assets.
3. Design learning pathways and maintain audience segmentation in the system.
4. Manage continuous improvement of content, retiring or refreshing outdated materials.
5. Lead implementation and ongoing support of learning systems (LXP, authoring tools, Salesforce, Hibob).
6. Act as the main bridge between learning, IT, operations, and compliance during system roll‑outs.
7. Analyse learning metrics and produce actionable insights.
8. Partner with Compliance SMEs and providers to design compliant training and reporting.
9. Build and sustain relationships with HR, compliance, and technical teams; serve as a learning technology advisor.
10. Support performance projects across the employee journey, aligning career goals with learning offerings.
Required Skills:
- 3–6+ years as a Learning Specialist.
- Proven experience implementing and managing learning experience/management systems.
- Video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Motion graphics (After Effects, Vyond, LottieFiles).
- Content creation and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captive, EasyGenerator).
- Instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Strong analytical skills for learning data and metrics evaluation.
- Experience developing sales enablement and customer success learning materials.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to blend technical detail with creative storytelling.
- Proactive, collaborative, and capable of independent work in a fast‑paced global environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in learning technologies (e.g., eCornell L&D, ATD, CompTIA LMS) preferred.
