**Job title** Consultant Copilot Studio (F/H) **Role Summary** Design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio Full Experience for a client in the Energy sector. Work within an agile squad to deliver scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient AI solutions, integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other Microsoft services. **Expectations** - Integrate into an agile squad; actively participate in Scrum rituals. - Deliver high‑quality agents within sprint timelines. - Adopt best practices for agent architecture, routing, RAG, and APIS. - Ensure security, governance, and compliance of sourced data and actions. - Optimize agent performance and operational costs. - Provide documentation of design, tests, and best practices. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Contribute to daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. 2. Design, develop, and deploy Copilot Studio full‑experience agents ensuring alignment with business requirements. 3. Architect agent orchestration (instructions, tool use, multi‑topic flows) and define custom actions/connectors, including Power Automate integration. 4. Configure multi‑source grounding (SharePoint, Dataverse, authorized sites), manage limits, and validate architecture with company architects. 5. Implement App Lifecycle Management (ALM) through pipelines for Dev/Test/Prod, manage environment variables, and enforce DLP controls. 6. Secure the solution: govern data sources, review sensitive actions, and maintain internal compliance. 7. Monitor costs: optimize triggers and actions to reduce consumption and PAYG spend. 8. Design and automate test cases; ensure agent quality and performance. 9. Deliver production releases, contribute to AgentOps (monitoring, alerting, TMA), and manage version upgrades. 10. Document best practices, architecture decisions, and developer guidance for the team. **Required Skills** - Expertise in Copilot Studio Full Experience (agents, actions/tools, topics, channels, Power Automate integration). - Strong knowledge of Power Automate and Power Platform connectors. - Experience with RAG concepts in Copilot Studio, including customisation via Foundry. - Proficiency with API design and integration. - Familiarity with FinOps concepts for AI agents (message packs/PAYG optimisation). - Ability to design and execute automated test suites (test plans, test automation). - Competence in managing ALM pipelines, environmental variables, and DevOps tooling (Jira, Azure Pipelines). - Strong analytical mindset for business process modeling and solution design. - Excellent communication skills for technical explanation and stakeholder collaboration. - Curiosity and commitment to continual learning of Copilot Studio & Power Platform advancements. - Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with Jira. **Required Experience** - Minimum 3 years of experience in AI solution and automation design. - Proven delivery of multiple Copilot Studio Full Experience agents. - Experience in an energy or similarly regulated domain is a plus. **Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Microsoft Power Platform certifications or Copilot Studio/AI architecture certifications are desirable. ---
