Job Title: Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Lead consumer‑ and HCP‑focused brand initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector, overseeing daily operations, promotional material approval, project timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure compliant, on‑time delivery across digital, print, media, congress, and patient support programs.
Expectations: Deliver 5+ years of pharma marketing experience, manage end‑to‑end promotional processes, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agencies, and maintain budget integrity while driving campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily brand initiatives across key channels (digital, print, media, congress, patient support).
- Create, route, and obtain approvals for promotional materials through Veeva, ensuring alignment with Legal, Regulatory, and Medical requirements.
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and workflows; keep workstreams moving and stakeholders aligned.
- Support brand planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking; translate strategic plans into compliant deliverables.
- Build and maintain presentations, status updates, and project documentation for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate agency workstreams: briefing, feedback cycles, asset reviews, and final asset delivery/trafficking.
- Assist with budget administration: track spend, process invoices, and coordinate with vendors.
Required Skills:
- Proven pharma marketing experience (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of consumer‑ and patient‑focused brand strategies.
- Familiarity with promotional review processes (MLR/PRC).
- Proficient in Veeva and other marketing automation tools.
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across legal, regulatory, medical, and creative teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical marketing is preferred.
