Job Description
Job title: Digital Marketing Specialist Role Summary Provide data‑driven insights and optimisation recommendations across digital marketing channels and CRM to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and customer retention. Serve as the bridge between marketing strategy and analytics in a global, multi‑channel environment. Expectations • Translate performance metrics into actionable strategies for measurable business growth. • Experiment and iterate on optimisation tactics, monitoring KPI impact continuously. • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Analyse digital channel performance; track traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and other KPIs. - Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting frameworks for real‑time insight. - Conduct CRM data analysis to evaluate lead quality, conversion, segmentation, lifecycle, and retention. - Develop behaviour‑based audience segmentation and content optimization plans. - Monitor user journey within the digital customer portal; identify friction points and recommend UX/personalisation improvements. - Oversee conversion‑rate optimisation (CRO) activities and track conversion metrics. - Manage portal access, user analysis, and analytics integration across modules. Required Skills - Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. - Agile, collaborative teamwork and excellent communication. - Digital‑savvy, proactive, customer‑centric with curiosity and adaptability. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Minimum 2 + years experience in marketing analytics, digital performance analysis, or a similar role within an international sales & marketing or agency setting. - Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
