**Job Title:** Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Drive end‑to‑end product delivery for a SaaS healthcare staffing platform, focusing on customer‑centric discovery, backlog ownership, and feature execution within a Salesforce‑based CRM ecosystem.
**Expectations:**
- 2–5+ years in product management, preferably B2B SaaS.
- Proven record of launching or iterating successful product features.
- Agile/Scrum experience working directly with engineering and QA teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, deep user empathy, and data‑driven decision making.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct continuous user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to uncover pain points and Jobs‑to‑Be‑Done for internal users (consultants, business partners) and external users (clients, candidates).
- Understand the locum tenens assignment lifecycle and translate insights into problem statements and automation/AI opportunities.
- Own, prioritize, and maintain stream‑aligned product backlog; create user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specs.
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to deliver features that leverage Salesforce, adhere to CRM governance, and integrate with external systems (HubSpot, Sage Intacct).
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, clarify requirements, and make real‑time decisions to hit sprint goals.
- Engage cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Marketing, Credentialing, Travel, Finance, Support) for input, expectations, and adoption.
- Partner with analytics to define success metrics, instrument features, and analyze usage data and operational KPIs (time‑to‑book, fill rate).
- Iterate on AI‑driven features, summarization, or predictive analytics based on performance insights.
