Job Description: Job Title: AI Specialist Role Summary Lead enterprise AI adoption across Salesforce and Microsoft 365 platforms, building and deploying AI‑powered solutions (RAG, Power Platform, Einstein AI) while guiding business teams on use case discovery, training, and governance. Serves as a technical bridge between platform capabilities and organizational impact. Expectations * Drive full‑cycle AI implementation, from requirement capture to production rollout. * Maintain high‑quality AI solutions with continuous monitoring and optimization. * Foster AI literacy and ethical use within the organization and partner nonprofits. Key Responsibilities * Plan and execute organization‑wide rollout of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including building custom RAG applications for secure document search. * Develop Power Automate/Power Apps solutions enhanced with AI, and create prompt‑engineering guidelines for cross‑platform workflows. * Configure and deploy Salesforce Einstein AI features (Prediction Builder, Discovery, Copilot, Agentforce) across Nonprofit Cloud and Marketing Cloud. * Design and implement Agentforce solutions to automate donor‑interaction workflows. * Optimize Data Cloud configurations for AI‑enabled insights and predictive analytics. * Identify high‑impact AI use cases with business teams, translate into technical specifications, and lead implementation. * Monitor AI model performance, refine configurations, and document best practices. * Create and deliver training materials on AI tools and prompt engineering for staff and partner agencies. * Contribute to AI governance framework, including data classification, usage policies, and ethical AI principles. * Support external consulting engagements by sharing expertise with funded agencies and partner nonprofits. Required Skills * Proficiency in Salesforce AI (Einstein, Agentforce) and/or Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio. * Hands‑on experience with general‑purpose AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt engineering. * Strong understanding of data management, integration patterns, and AI model data pipelines. * Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Experience developing and delivering technical training to diverse audiences. * Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 2–4 years of enterprise platform AI implementation or support experience. * Salesforce certifications: AI Associate, AI Specialist, Administrator, or Agentforce Specialist (preferred). * Microsoft certifications: Copilot, AI, or Power Platform (MS‑900, AI‑900, PL‑900). * Additional AI certifications or credentials preferred. * Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP and background in fundraising operations or donor management is advantageous.
