**Job Title:** Business Central Lead
**Role Summary:**
Serve as the internal functional owner and delivery lead for the group‑wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation. Own the global solution design, drive standardisation and scalability across multiple entities and countries, and collaborate with IT, finance, logistics, and external partners to ensure a successful rollout and continuous improvement.

- Deliver a standardized, scalable Business Central solution aligned with long‑term architecture.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
- Secure business buy‑in and usage adoption through clear governance and support.
- Provide measurable post‑go‑live improvements and automation opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead functional analysis, translate business requirements into designs, configurations, and process maps.
- Define and safeguard the global Business Central template whilst accommodating justified local variations.
- Act as design authority, review and challenge partner deliverables, validate Functional test scripts, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate data migration, integration, testing, training material creation, and issue triage.
- Monitor adoption, capture feedback, and propose post‑go‑live enhancements and automation.
- Communicate progress, risks, and impact to senior leadership and stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (multiple roll‑outs/implementations, multi‑entity/multi‑country).
- Deep knowledge of Finance and/or Logistics processes (GL, AP/AR, invoicing, VAT, inventory, reporting).
- Functional design and configuration expertise; ability to produce clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with implementation partners and supporting project delivery.
- Technical awareness of integrations, data migration, and testing concepts (not a developer).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Structured, pragmatic problem‑solving mindset and hands‑on attitude.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certified professional (e.g., MB-300, MB-301) preferred.
- Relevant finance or logistics certifications (e.g., CPA, PMP, CBAP) are a plus.
