Director – AI Strategy, Data Strategy & Technology Strategy
**Role Summary**
Lead enterprise AI, data, and technology strategy consulting for FTSE 100 and global clients. Drive high‑impact engagements from strategy definition to transformation road‑map, advising CEOs, CIOs, CDOs, and private‑equity investors on investment priorities, operating models, and measurable value creation.
**Expactations**
- Advise C‑suite on AI value, investment, and operating‑model design.
- Own end‑to‑end strategy engagements, translating complex technology topics into clear business recommendations.
- Build and grow client relationships, originate new engagements, and support practice growth.
- Mentor consulting teams and contribute to thought leadership in AI and digital transformation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead enterprise AI and data strategy engagements for large, global clients.
- Define AI use cases, prioritize investment, and design governance frameworks.
- Build AI operating models and enterprise transformation road‑maps.
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives, translating technical insights into strategic actions.
- Own commercial responsibilities: client development, proposal support, and practice growth initiatives.
- Mentor and develop consulting staff; drive thought leadership and practice capability.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years in strategy or technology strategy consulting (MBB, Big 4, boutique, or hyperscaler).
- Proven experience advising senior executives on AI, data, or digital strategy.
- Strong commercial acumen and client‑leadership capability.
- Expertise in enterprise‑scale transformation, operating‑model design, and AI value creation.
- Ability to communicate complex technology concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Leadership and mentoring skills in a consulting environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, MSc, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred but not mandatory.
