**Job Title:** B2B Sales Account Manager **Role Summary:** Owns end‑to‑end B2B sales activities within a specific Canadian region, driving new account acquisition and nurturing strategic partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and major building materials accounts. **Expectations:** Deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets, maintain a robust pipeline, ensure high client satisfaction, and collaborate cross‑functionally to support post‑sale success. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Identify and qualify prospective clients in the architectural and building‑materials sector. 2. Conduct solution presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve set targets. 3. Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract execution—while ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM. 4. Build and sustain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. 5. Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to deliver client‑specific value propositions and resolve issues. 6.
