Job Description
Job title: Account Executive Role Summary: Dynamic Public Relations professional responsible for managing multi‑channel client campaigns across media, influencer, social, digital, and events. Drives strategy, execution, budgeting, and client communication while mentoring junior staff and contributing to overall account growth. Expactations: - Deliver measurable results for a diverse portfolio of clients. - Maintain high quality, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery. - Foster strong media and influencer relationships. - Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership. - Mentor and develop junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Develop in‑depth understanding of client brands, competitors, and markets to craft strategic recommendations. - Lead end‑to‑end execution of multi‑channel programs (earned, paid, owned, influencer, and events). - Manage client timelines, budgets, and day‑to‑day support, promptly identifying and resolving challenges. - Mentor junior staff: delegate tasks, give constructive feedback, and review deliverables (critical paths, reports, research). - Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external vendors; negotiate and advocate for client interests. - Produce high‑quality media materials (press releases, media lists, briefing documents) and pitch to relevant outlets. - Build and sustain relationships with media contacts, ensuring favorable coverage. - Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers; develop briefs, KPI metrics, and post‑campaign reporting. - Plan, coordinate, and execute events from strategy to on‑site delivery, managing suppliers, logistics, and guest experience. - Create and manage paid and organic social strategies, including content calendars, community management, and performance optimization. - Analyze media and influencer results, generating insights for future planning. Required Skills: - Strong media relations, pitching, and storytelling ability. - Proficiency in influencer partnership development and contract negotiation. - Event planning and production expertise. - Social media acumen across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). - Project management skills with rigorous timeline and budget oversight. - Excellent written and verbal communication, copywriting, and editing. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., GMR, Meltwater, Talkwalker). - Team leadership and mentoring capability. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. - 3+ years of progressive PR/account management experience, preferably with a full‑service agency. - Certifications such as PRSA, CMO, or related (optional but advantageous).
