Job Description
**Job title** Employee Experience Manager (HRBP) **Role Summary** Partner with regional leaders and people managers across EMEA to deliver HR advice, coaching, career development, change support and employee relations management. Own the implementation of people programmes that enhance culture, inclusion, learning, recruitment, performance and compliance, ensuring a consistent “one‑company” employee experience. **Expectations** - Work at an HRBP level or with seniority reaching that level. - Demonstrated ability to partner with commercial functions and influence senior leaders. - Experience delivering people plans, complex HR matters and employee‑relations initiatives. - Comfort with OD tools, change management, organisational design and strategic workforce planning. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide trusted HR advice and recommendations to senior leaders and people managers; act as a business partner. - Support the execution of cyclical people programmes (performance, talent, engagement, diversity, wellbeing, onboarding). - Design and embed employee‑experience initiatives that reinforce a unified culture and high‑performing environment. - Deliver cultural and procedural changes to meet legislative and regional HR policy requirements. - Lead change and transformation efforts (structural redesign, workforce transition) in an employee‑centric manner. - Champion new ways of working, technology adoption and continuous improvement. - Partner with divisional P&C leaders to forecast workforce requirements and apply strategic workforce‑planning tools. - Manage employee‑relations matters and support conflict resolution. **Required Skills** - Business partnering and advisory skills with senior leaders. - Expertise in HR disciplines: compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance management, OD and change management. - Ability to translate strategic plans into measurable HR initiatives and projects. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities. - Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching abilities. - Proficiency in HR systems, tools and data‑driven decision making. **Required Education & Certifications** - CIPD qualification (Level 5 or equivalent) or relevant advanced HR qualification. - Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience including HRBP or equivalent functional focus. ---
