**Job Title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Analyze and document business operations, translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, and identify process improvements that deliver measurable business value. Work closely with cross‑functional teams throughout planning, execution, testing, and implementation phases. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, complete documentation within agreed timelines. - Maintain active engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. - Apply critical thinking to evaluate solutions against business objectives. - Facilitate effective communication across technical and non‑technical teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather, document, and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and risk mitigation. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements. - Conduct data analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision‑making. - Build reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement‑gathering sessions. - Support project teams through planning, execution, testing, and implementation. - Perform gap analysis, risk assessment, and user acceptance testing. - Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and provide measurable value. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and solving complex problems. - Experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering and documentation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly. - Deep understanding of business processes and ability to recommend optimizations. - Expertise in defining and managing business requirements. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, data visualization tools, and project management software. - Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage project lifecycles. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience in a technology or consulting environment is an asset.
