**Job Title:** Support Coordination Apprentice (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Assist the Services & Maintenance Coordinator and Manager in day‑to‑day operational tasks, including client request handling, maintenance scheduling, administrative support, and performance tracking. Work under supervision with gradually increasing autonomy while adhering to company processes and standards.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver reliable, organized support with attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, including in English.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and flag deviations promptly.
- Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Help plan preventive and corrective maintenance interventions based on workload and technician skills.
- Monitor case progress, alert on schedule or resource issues, and aid in prioritizing urgent jobs.
- Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors under supervision.
- Process client requests (email, phone, internal tools) following defined procedures.
- Support complaint handling and maintain high‑quality client communication.
- Assist with order management, material procurement, and preparation of billing documents.
- Contribute to commercial proposals derived from maintenance reports.
- Participate in invoicing follow‑up and, when needed, support debt collection with accounting.
- Use Salesforce to track requests, interventions, opportunities, and generate reports.
- Update dashboards and performance indicators (activity, deadlines, customer satisfaction, billing).
- Monitor spare‑part inventory and assist with replenishment requests.
- Take part in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggest process enhancements, and join cross‑functional work groups.
**Required Skills:**
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable with CRM/ERP tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Good organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Rigorous follow‑through and reliability in document handling.
- Team‑oriented attitude with solid interpersonal communication.
- Basic understanding of technical environments and maintenance services.
- Familiarity with commercial or logistic concepts is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Ongoing apprenticeship or work‑study program at Bac+2 to Bac+5 level (equivalent to Associate to Master’s degree) in:
- Business/Logistics Management
- Commerce/Customer Relations
- Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, or related field.
- No specific certifications required; relevant coursework or training in logistics, commercial management, or industrial organization is desirable.
