Job Title: Sales & Strategy Associate Role Summary: A full‑time, generalist role partnering with founders to develop and execute high‑impact sales and go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives for an AI‑powered content platform. The position blends strategy formulation, data analysis, and hands‑on sales execution to scale revenue and customer acquisition. Expectations: - Own end‑to‑end growth pipeline from research to closure. - Deliver measurable revenue outcomes within a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment. - Iterate quickly on segmentation, messaging, and outbound tactics based on data and customer feedback. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Growth & Expansion** – Design scalable sales & GTM systems; research new verticals and customer segments; test and optimize growth channels; document processes for repeatability. 2. **Sales Execution** – Prospect directly, manage pipeline, support sales conversations, and drive deal progression; collaborate with sales team to improve lead quality and conversion. 3. **Revenue & GTM Strategy** – Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), segmentation, and positioning; translate revenue targets into concrete plans; launch, test, and iterate outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn); advise on pricing and packaging. 4. **Data & Insights** – Track outreach, funnel, and revenue metrics; analyze results; generate actionable insights for strategy and product decisions; feed learnings back into GTM execution. Required Skills: - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL (preferred) and/or Python for data manipulation. - Experience with sales automation tools and CRM platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at crafting compelling outreach and messaging. - Ability to work autonomously, prioritize under ambiguity, and iterate rapidly. - Comfortable in high‑energy early‑stage settings; entrepreneurial and owner‑mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. - No mandatory professional certifications, though knowledge of sales or data analytics courses is advantageous.
