Job Description
**Job Title:** Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary:** Serve as the central technical owner of the Salesforce platform, aligning system configuration, data governance, and reporting with sales and marketing objectives. Drive revenue growth by ensuring data integrity, automating processes, and enabling efficient campaign execution. **Expactations:** - Maintain a high‑quality, accurate Salesforce database. - Deliver timely, actionable reports and dashboards to leadership. - Resolve user issues and provide training to maximize platform adoption. - Continuously improve automation, integrations, and user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer daily Salesforce operations: user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions. - Configure and customize Salesforce features, workflows, and automation (Process Builder, Flow, validation rules). - Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions and third‑party integrations. - Design and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and data models. - Manage data acquisition, imports, migrations, and bulk updates; enforce data governance and deduplication. - Perform regular data audits, cleanses, and integrity checks. - Build custom reports, dashboards, and executive‑level reporting packages for pipeline, forecasting, and KPI tracking. - Partner with sales and marketing to develop targeted campaign lists, manage Salesforce Campaign objects, and track ROI. - Support lead routing, scoring, and nurturing processes; integrate marketing automation tools. - Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support; conduct training sessions and create user documentation. - Gather user feedback, translate requirements into system enhancements, and document changes. **Required Skills:** - Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification. - Proficient with data import/export tools (Data Loader, Excel). - Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and best practices. - Advanced reporting and dashboard creation skills. - Ability to automate business processes with Flow and Process Builder. - Experience collaborating with cross‑functional sales and marketing teams. - Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience. - BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - ADM 201 certification (mandatory). - Preferred: ADM 211 or Platform App Builder certification.
