Job Description
Job title: Human Resources Business Partner Role Summary: Strategic HR partner providing talent strategy, employee relations, and operational support to a growing organization. Serves as consultant to management, drives high‑performance culture, and manages recruitment, investigations, learning initiatives, and HR operations across a diverse workforce. Expactations: - Align HR initiatives with business objectives and cultural goals. - Ensure compliance, fairness, and confidentiality in all employee matters. - Promote continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. - Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Recruiting on non‑executive hiring, reviewing and approving offers. - Lead succession planning, People Day preparation, and internship program management. - Conduct complex investigations, resolve employee relations issues, and handle intake inquiries. - Manage international compensation framework rollout and provide ongoing support. - Partner with L&D to schedule and communicate trainings; deliver hypercare and Aspire training sessions. - Act as dedicated HRBP for Operations Procurement, aligning HR strategy with business goals. - Coordinate HR Ops & Development meetings, ensuring departmental alignment. - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR workflows and enhance the employee lifecycle. - Provide system support and train end‑users on HRIS and learning platforms. Required Skills: - 5+ years progressive HR experience in fast‑paced or corporate environments. - Deep knowledge of talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, and performance management. - Strong interpersonal and influence skills, capable of managing stakeholders at all levels. - Proven ability to lead investigations and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in HRIS, learning management systems, and data analysis. - Adaptability, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - HR certification (SHRM‑CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
