**Job Title**: Director, Affiliate Marketing – Enterprise
**Role Summary**
Lead enterprise‑scale affiliate strategies, driving profitability, client retention, and portfolio growth. Manage cross‑functional teams (Associate Directors, Senior/Account Managers) to deliver data‑driven, high‑value programs that align with corporate objectives.
**Expectations**
- Own end‑to‑end performance of assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring revenue expansion, margin protection, and strategic alignment.
- Mentor and develop in‑line staff to meet enterprise standards in analytics, forecasting, and storytelling.
- Act as primary escalation point for client, program, and team issues, providing timely risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Enterprise Portfolio Leadership** – Oversee health, growth, and retention of high‑value enterprise client portfolios; drive onboarding, QBRs, and executive touchpoints.
- **Team Leadership & Development** – Coach direct reports, conduct weekly one‑on‑ones, manage talent cycles, and ensure workforce readiness in attribution, incrementality, and optimization frameworks.
- **Strategic Execution & Operational Excellence** – Translate vision into action plans, validate performance insights, and guide teams on pacing, forecasting, and KPI adherence.
- **Risk Management & Escalation** – Identify early risk indicators (tracking, churn, budget shift); develop contingencies, and report escalations to Senior Director.
- **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** – Partner with analytics, finance, media planning to align affiliate strategies with broader business priorities and counsel on industry trends.
- **Financial Stewardship & Forecasting** – Lead budgeting, P&L accountability, resource allocation, and margin protection across enterprise accounts.
- **Client Lifecycle & Growth** – Manage renewal negotiations, contract adjustments, and sustainable scaling of programs.
