**Job title**: Strategy Director, MedTech Marketing & Advertising **Role Summary**: Lead high‑level brand and go‑to‑market strategy for medical technology clients, manage senior client relationships, and guide internal teams and creative partners through complex positioning and launch challenges. **Expectations**: Deliver compelling brand architectures, portfolio strategies, and competitive insights; own client dossiers; and steer strategic planning from concept to execution in a fast‑moving, lean agency environment. **Key Responsibilities**: - Direct all phases of brand and GTM strategy projects, including research, synthesis, and deliverables. - Build brand architecture and portfolio strategies tailored to MedTech markets. - Provide clear, data‑driven recommendations and points of view to executive stakeholders. - Own client relationships, lead strategy workshops, and present findings to senior leaders. - Translate technical, clinical, or business inputs into actionable position‑ing frameworks. - Collaborate with creative and copy teams on naming frameworks, decision criteria, and narrative/hierarchy development. - Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and drafting while applying expert judgment. **Required Skills**: - Deep expertise in brand strategy and go‑to‑market planning within healthcare, MedTech, pharma, or regulated B2B sectors. - Proven senior client management and presentation experience. - Entrepreneurial mindset: identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute without lengthy brief cycles. - Ability to lead teams, facilitate strategy sessions, and drive decisions. - Comfortable operating in a lean, fast‑paced agency culture. - Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling, and data‑driven persuasion. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field. - 10–15+ years of industry experience; advanced certifications (e.g., Certified Brand Strategist, PMP) preferred but not mandatory.
