**Job title:** Social Media Coordinator
**Role Summary:**
Manage and grow Aman Group’s global social media presence, creating engaging, on‑brand content and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support commercial objectives across luxury travel channels.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 2 years of marketing or social media experience, preferably in luxury, travel or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
- Demonstrated success in international or cross‑cultural markets.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and organized with a passion for visual storytelling.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate day‑to‑day social media accounts, ensuring consistent scheduling and on‑brand publishing.
- Produce and curate content across Reels, Stories, in‑feed posts, and other formats in partnership with brand and creative teams.
- Support global social media champions, providing training, feedback, and maintaining brand tone and best practices.
- Monitor community engagement, perform daily social listening, and identify emerging trends.
- Analyze conversation trends to uncover growth opportunities, including new platforms such as TikTok.
- Conduct regular audits of bios, links, and profile information for channel optimisation.
- Coordinate with agencies, platforms, and partners to troubleshoot and maintain smooth performance.
- Assist in planning and executing social‑first photo and video shoots with creators and property teams.
- Manage influencer and content creator collaborations, compiling performance reports and insights.
**Required Skills:**
- Mastery of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and X/Twitter.
- Experience with social scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Strong visual storytelling and content creation ability.
- Knowledge of creative production processes for photo and video shoots.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies.
- Optional: proficiency in PowerPoint, InDesign, or similar creative software.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
- Any social media or digital marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot Social Media, Hootsuite Social Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
