Job Description
Job Title: Residential Sales Manager Role Summary: Manage and optimize the end‑to‑end residential sales process for a renewable energy provider, ensuring efficient lead flow, accurate contract handling, and seamless coordination among sales, operations, and marketing teams. Expectations: Deliver a consistently tracked and growing residential sales pipeline; maintain high accuracy and timeliness in lead management and contract processing; meet and exceed defined sales KPIs; foster continuous improvement in sales operations and automation; elevate team proficiency through training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and refine residential sales processes and SOPs. - Track all residential leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate status updates. - Prepare, review, and execute sales contracts and supporting documentation. - Identify and execute marketing and advertising opportunities in partnership with Marketing. - Identify and implement automation solutions in collaboration with IT. - Coordinate internal and external sales activities, providing accurate reporting and pipeline updates. - Monitor and report on sales KPIs; recommend improvements. - Act as liaison between sales, operations, and management to ensure project accuracy and client satisfaction. - Engage in industry community forums to adopt best practices. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives for sales administration processes. Required Skills: - 3–5 years of managerial or senior administrative experience in sales operations. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot). - Strong organizational, time‑management, and detail‑orientation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality. - Analytical mindset for KPI monitoring and process optimization. - Experience in renewable energy or construction sectors is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in CRM management, sales operations, or project management are advantageous.
