Job title Senior Account Executive – AI‑Powered Field Service Management Role Summary Lead enterprise sales to acquire new logos in utilities and telecoms across the UK and Europe for an AI‑driven field service management platform. Drive revenue growth by building relationships with senior decision‑makers and executing strategic account plans. Expactations - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas (target OTE £200k+). - Close complex, multi‑stage deals with C‑level stakeholders. - Expand the regional footprint and penetrate target accounts. Key Responsibilities - Prospect, qualify, and engage enterprise prospects in utilities and telecoms. - Develop and execute multi‑channel, consultative sales cycles. - Build and maintain senior executive relationships from initial contact to close. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate with marketing, presales, and customer success to deliver end‑to‑end customer experience. - Provide insights and feedback to product and strategy teams. - Track activity and performance metrics in CRM; forecast accurately. Required Skills - Proven track record in enterprise SaaS or FSM sales, preferably in utilities or telecoms. - Strong consultative and solution‑selling capabilities. - Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with C‑level decision‑makers. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. - Certifications in sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar) preferred.
