Job title: CNC Programmer/Setter – Milling & Turning Role Summary: Responsible for accurately programming, setting up, and supervising CNC milling and turning operations to produce high‑quality components to tight tolerances and customer specifications. Expectations: - Deliver precise, efficient machining schedules. - Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and high quality standards. - Work independently, exercise initiative, and support colleagues as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Program and set CNC milling machines using proprietary operating systems. - Adjust programmes and make minor offsets to meet drawing limits and customer requirements. - Plan and specify tooling, including jigs, fixtures, and special cutting tools. - Monitor machine performance, ensuring optimal speeds, feeds, and efficiency. - Conduct first‑off and in‑process inspections with CMM equipment, verifying dimensions and tolerances. - Maintain accurate documentation of programme changes and production data. Required Skills: - CAD/CAM programming experience (FANUC, G&M Code). - Proficient with a range of measuring equipment and CMM inspection. - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work to fine tolerances across materials. - Strong problem‑solving, initiative, and teamwork under supervisory guidance. Required Education & Certifications: - Relevant technical training in CNC programming or mechanical engineering. - Certifications in CAD/CAM tools (e.g., FANUC programming) preferred.

**Job Title** Audit and Accounts Senior **Role Summary** Senior audit and accounting professional responsible for managing and delivering audit and accounts engagements for charities, not‑for‑prospects, limited companies, groups, sole traders and partnerships. Prepares draft tax computations, plans assignments, leads teams, reviews junior work, and communicates with clients to ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards. **Expectations** * Meet all deadlines and quality standards. * Deliver clear, timely information to clients and stakeholders. * Support manager and partners on ad‑hoc projects. * Demonstrate commercial awareness and ethical judgment. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, budget and conduct audit assignments, including analytical review. * Prepare draft corporation tax and business tax computations with supporting analysis. * Lead and supervise junior staff; delegate and review audit work. * Communicate audit findings and progress to clients. * Assist management with project‑specific ad‑hoc tasks. * Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant accounting and auditing standards. **Required Skills** * Strong time‑management, multitasking and prioritisation. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * High analytical capability and attention to detail. * Commercial awareness and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with bookkeeping and cloud‑based software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero). * Preferred experience with IRIS and MyWorkPapers. * Ability to lead and support audit teams. **Required Education & Certifications** * ACA/ACCA qualified or part‑qualified with minimum 3 years of relevant practice experience (qualification by experience considered).
