**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary** Acts as primary agency-client liaison to manage cross-departmental project execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative solutions that align with client objectives. Focuses on relationship-building, efficient project management, and strategic client communication to drive business outcomes. **Expectations** Serve as the central point of contact for client accounts. Proactively manage project lifecycles from brief development to post-campaign analysis. Foster trust through transparent communication and consistent delivery of results. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate client account needs across creative, production, and other agency teams. - Update clients on project progress, resolve issues, and align on priorities to meet deadlines. - Develop internal briefing documents, project timelines, and financial estimates for client review. - Monitor competitive activity, draft reports, and analyze campaign performance for senior review. - Organize client meetings, maintain file systems, and track account-related communications. - Collaborate with account teams to manage multiple projects, budgets, and operational execution. - Prepare post-campaign evaluations and present insights to internal stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Client management and relationship-building expertise. - Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail. - Excellent cross-functional communication and presentation skills. - Proactive problem-solving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. - Financial awareness (budgets, estimates, project costs). - Proficiency in documenting and synthesizing strategic project insights. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in agency account management or equivalent role.
