Job Description: Job title: Office Management Intern Role Summary: Provide day‑to‑day operational support for an office environment, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and smooth workflow for staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and supply restocking (kitchen, common areas). - Order, track, and manage inventory of office supplies, snacks, and equipment; anticipate needs. - Coordinate vendor deliveries, services, and routine maintenance; act as liaison with building management. - Support meeting setup, visitor coordination, and basic scheduling needs. - Assist with onboarding logistics: desk setup, badge issuance, equipment readiness. Required Skills: - Strong organizational and detail‑orientation abilities. - Reliability, proactivity, and hands‑on approach to operational tasks. - Clear, professional written and verbal communication. - Effective independent work and time‑management. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) preferred. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university, or equivalent work experience.
