**Job Title:** Senior Program Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and execute cross‑functional transformation initiatives within Revenue Operations, driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes across 3–18 month programs.
**Expectations:**
- Steward multiple high‑impact programs, ensuring structure, accountability, and resource alignment.
- Influence VP/C‑level stakeholders and collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to integrate technology, strategy, and customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and champion program management best practices, standardizing processes across the organization.
- Design, prioritize, and deliver program roadmaps from concept through launch, coordinating strategy, technical, and customer‑facing teams.
- Align sprints and roadmaps with technical leads, ensuring cohesive program execution.
- Monitor progress, analyze data, and provide executive‑level dashboards and insights to drive decisions.
- Identify, assess, and resolve critical risks, dependencies, and issues, communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain cross‑functional partnerships, securing necessary resources and expertise.
- Present program status, outcomes, and improvement opportunities to VP/C‑level audiences.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of program management leading medium to large‑scale initiatives.
- Proven influence at VP/C level in a matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS technology and collaboration with engineering on complex programs.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, project/program frameworks, and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Advanced analytics, reporting, and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
