**Job Title** HR Onboarding Coordinator **Role Summary** Coordinate and manage the Human Resources onboarding process with a focus on Employment Authorization (I‑9) compliance. Deliver end‑to‑end support for new hires and internal transfers, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies. Operate fully remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and utilizing ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft Office tools. **Expectations** - Full‑time remote position, Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST (4+ month contract). - Minimum 1 year of operations or service‑delivery experience. - Strong client‑service orientation and ability to work independently or within a team. - Proven accuracy and deadline discipline in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Review daily reports and system dashboards to track new‑hire status and I‑9 compliance. - Triage and resolve I‑9 related inquiries in the ServiceNow case‑management system. - Assist with new‑hire form completion and conduct audit checks to verify data integrity. - Prepare and support accurate I‑9 reporting for regulatory and internal audit purposes. - Coordinate case‑management resolution activities and maintain clear documentation. - Communicate status updates and outstanding issues to stakeholders and hiring managers. **Required Skills** - Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. I‑9 employment‑verification processes. - Familiarity with ServiceNow case‑management and basic Workday HRIS functions. - Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Strong spreadsheet and database skills for data analysis and reporting. - Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder‑oriented. - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions. - Project‑management aptitude, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Verifiable high‑school diploma or GED. - No additional certifications required, though HR or onboarding certifications are a plus.
