Job Description
**Job Title** Investment Accounting Intern **Role Summary** Support investment operations and accounting for an alternative investment portfolio within a global re/insurance firm. Work 15‑20 hours/week (minimum 15 hours on‑site in NYC), following an agile style, for a 13‑month program (June 2026 – June 2027). **Expectations** - Demonstrate strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. - Work independently while collaborating with the team. - Meet deadlines for cash applications, month‑end reporting, and fund reporting. - Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and departmental controls. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist with cash application and reconciliation of the investment portfolio. - Prepare and upload Clearwater files; generate journal entries as needed. - Support month‑end reporting and timely fund reporting via Canoe or investor portals. - Map documents in the Canoe system and maintain data integrity. - Participate in team meetings, share findings, and support department control completion. - Perform ad‑hoc analysis and project work as assigned. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to analyze financial data and produce accurate reconciliations. - Strong organizational and detail‑orientation skills. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, agile environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. - Completed junior year (or equivalent) by internship start date. - Prior internship experience in finance/accounting preferred (not mandatory). - No specific certifications required; willingness to pursue professional qualifications is a plus.

Job Description
**Job Title:** US Finance Intern **Role Summary:** Thirteen‑month finance internship supporting the US Finance team with accounting, reporting, and ad‑hoc finance projects.
