Corporate Communications & Events Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, coordination, and execution of institutional and event communication strategies to enhance brand image, visibility, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure message consistency, quality of actions, and measurable ROI across internal and external channels.
**Expectations**
- 5–8 years of proven experience in corporate communications and event management, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Advanced degree (Bachelor + 5) in communications, marketing, or public relations.
- Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision making, and ROI focus.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and media relations skills.
- Collaborative, client‑centric, and able to manage external partners and budgets.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Corporate Communication
- Define and oversee the corporate communication strategy.
- Supervise brand assets and coordinate external campaigns (PR, media, influencers).
- Manage internal communications: newsletters, intranet, leadership messaging.
- Develop and roll out the institutional advertising plan in partnership with marketing.
2. Commercial Events
- Plan and execute external events (client conferences, trade shows, webinars, press days).
- Communicate corporate brand around events.
- Measure event impact: attendance, satisfaction, media coverage, leads, internal engagement.
3. Media Relations
- Build and execute PR strategy: press releases, dossiers, op‑eds, expert opinions.
- Liaise with journalists and B2B influencers.
- Track and analyze press performance (mentions, tone, visibility, competitor share).
- Coordinate crisis communication when required.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work cross‑functionally with marketing, HR, sales, and executive leadership.
- Manage external vendors (PR agencies, designers, event organizers, printers).
- Track budgets and deliver performance reports.
