Role Summary
Lead university relations and early‑career talent acquisition across EMEA. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, student groups, and early‑talent communities to attract diverse interns, graduates, and apprentices. Serve as brand ambassador, design and execute campus engagement campaigns, and align academic outreach with hiring cycles.
Expectations
* Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
* Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in university relations, campus recruiting, or early‑talent programs within a multinational setting.
* Proven stakeholder‑management skills, influencing HR, business units, and academic partners.
* Demonstrated ability to develop inclusive, data‑driven recruitment strategies and deliver measurable results.
* Strong project‑management, cross‑functional collaboration, and communication abilities.
* Comfortable traveling across EMEA to support events and campus activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate and sustain relationships with key universities, colleges, and student organizations throughout EMEA.
* Design and implement campus engagement strategies (career fairs, speaker events, sponsorships) tailored to priority campuses.
* Partner with academic institutions to coordinate hiring cycles, speaking opportunities, and leadership engagements.
* Create and roll out innovative early‑career attraction campaigns using digital platforms, social media, and on‑campus activations.
* Collaborate with TA Marketing and Sourcing teams to ensure consistent messaging and compelling storytelling.
* Support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of internship, graduate, and apprenticeship programs across the region.
* Analyze program data and candidate feedback to optimize candidate experience and program effectiveness.
* Forecast hiring needs in partnership with TA and business stakeholders to align university outreach.
* Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, building relationships with diverse student communities and promoting equitable access to early‑career opportunities.
Required Skills
* Trilingual fluency: French, Dutch, English.
* Deep knowledge of university relations and early‑career recruitment practices.
* Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
* Project management expertise and ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with proficiency in creating engaging content for diverse audiences.

Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Relevant certifications in talent acquisition, recruitment, or employer branding are an advantage.
