**Job Title** Manager, User Guidance and Learning, EMEA **Role Summary** Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of learning specialists and technical writers to design, produce, and maintain digital learning experiences, customer‑facing documentation, and UX writing. Align content strategy with product and business goals, drive the evolution of the learning ecosystem, and ensure seamless integration of LMS, in‑app guidance, and product documentation to support product adoption across the EMEA region. **Expactations** - Deliver high‑quality, scalable learning and documentation assets that support product releases and user journeys. - Champion a user‑centric content strategy that reduces customer friction and enhances product adoption. - Own content governance, quality standards, and workflow efficiencies for all customer‑facing materials. - Represent User Guidance and Learning across product, support, marketing, and customer success teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Learning Specialists and Technical Writers. 2. Shape strategy, frameworks, and scalable digital learning experiences. 3. Ensure integration of LMS (M‑Files Academy), product information, in‑app guidance, and self‑service portals. 4. Oversee LMS operations, content lifecycle management, and learning quality. 5. Own strategy, quality, and consistency of all customer‑facing documentation and UX writing. 6. Act as product owner for M‑Files Empower, driving personalized, AI‑powered guidance. 7. Synchronise content planning, creation, and delivery with product release schedules. 8. Enable content creation via tools, training, and collaborative models. 9. Influence cross‑functional initiatives and represent User Guidance & Learning in stakeholder meetings. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership of multidisciplinary content, learning, or documentation teams. - Experience aligning content strategy with business and product priorities. - Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management. - User‑centric mindset with ability to translate user needs into intuitive guidance. - Competence in learning experience design, instructional design, or digital learning development. - Solid understanding of technical communication and UX writing principles. - Project and program management skills, including cross‑team collaboration and roadmap execution. - Experience with content governance, process development, and scalable workflows. - Familiarity with Atlassian tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Oxygen XML, Git, Camtasia, and structured authoring (e.g., DITA). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in instructional design, UX writing, or project management are a plus.
