Manager, User Guidance and Learning (EMEA)
**Role Summary**
Lead a multidisciplinary team of learning specialists and technical writers to design, develop, and deliver digital learning experiences, customer‑facing documentation, and UX writing. Drive content strategy, ensure integration with LMS and product guidance, and support product adoption through scalable, user‑centric content.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality learning and documentation assets aligned with product releases and business objectives.
- Mentor and grow the team, establishing clear vision, priorities, and sustainable workflows.
- Act as product owner for the Empower learning platform, steering its development toward personalized, AI‑powered experiences.
- Influence cross‑functional initiatives and represent User Guidance and Learning across Product, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Learning Specialists and Technical Writers.
- Shape strategy, frameworks, and scalable digital learning experiences.
- Integrate LMS content, product information, and in‑app guidance to support learning in the flow of work.
- Oversee LMS operations, content lifecycle management, and quality assurance.
- Own the strategy, quality, and consistency of all customer‑facing documentation and UX writing.
- Own product ownership for M‑Files Empower, driving development of a personalized, AI‑powered learning experience.
- Plan, create, and deliver guidance and learning assets in sync with product release schedules.
- Enable other teams to produce high‑quality content through tools, training, and collaboration models.
- Influence and represent User Guidance and Learning across product, support, marketing, and customer success teams.
**Required Skills**

- Experience in content governance, process development, and scalable workflows.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, structured authoring (e.g., DITA), information architecture, and tools such as Atlassian, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Oxygen XML, Git, Figma.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in Instructional Design, Content Strategy, or UX Writing (e.g., CPLP, Certified Content Strategist) preferred.
