Senior Group Director of Marketing & Sales
**Role Summary**
Enterprise‑level leader responsible for defining, executing, and delivering a global marketing and sales strategy that accelerates revenue growth, strengthens market positioning, and drives commercial performance across an international services portfolio. Reports to the Executive Leadership Team and influences Board and C‑suite decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute an integrated group‑wide marketing and sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Own corporate brand and value proposition, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Lead market research, customer insight, and competitive analysis to identify trends and new revenue opportunities.
- Oversee investment decisions, campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion metrics.
- Direct sales and business development functions, manage pipeline health, and achieve revenue targets.
- Participate in high‑value client engagements, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
- Identify sales capability gaps; partner with HR to implement training, tools, and frameworks.
- Continuously improve marketing and sales processes, systems, and ways of working for scalability.
- Align marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
- Provide visionary leadership, set clear priorities, and drive succession planning for marketing and sales teams.

- Proven background in technology and service‑based industries (e‑commerce, consultancy, professional services, technology‑enabled services).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, Digital Marketing, Sales Leadership) are advantageous but not mandatory.
