Descriptif du poste
Publicis Groupe is looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Global Operations Intern to join the One L’Oréal Global Operations team.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work across cross-market coordination, AI enablement, innovation rollouts and global operational strategy for one of the world’s most iconic advertisers.
Responsabilités
You will assist the Global L’Oréal Operations team on initiatives spanning cross-market collaboration and new business development:
Producing and distributing monthly newsletters for global markets.
Coordinating with local teams worldwide on the rollout and adoption of new AI-driven tools, ensuring clarity, alignment and smooth implementation.
Creating and maintaining trackers for new business pitches, market engagement and innovation initiatives.
Supporting ongoing operational improvements for greater network connectivity.
Supporting process improvements and operational frameworks that strengthen global network connectivity.
Creating clear documentation, toolkits, guides and communications to support market adoption of global programs.
What You Will Gain
This internship is intentionally structured to provide a 360° understanding of agency operations, offering both breadth and depth of experience:
Hands-on exposure to global operations within one of the world’s largest agency networks.
A deep dive into Garnier’s creative and production ecosystem, understanding how strategy, creative and operations intersect to deliver global campaigns.
Experience collaborating with international markets, learning how global tool rollouts and cross-market communication are managed at scale.
Insights into AI enablement, innovation rollouts and emerging operational tools within a major global advertiser.
Contribute meaningfully to high-impact, high-visibility initiatives.
Qualifications
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Skills in project management, operations, workflow coordination and multi-stakeholder alignment.
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and an interest in creative, production or operational roles.
