The Role

As a Talent Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping the careers of early-stage sales talent. From reviewing applications to guiding candidates through interviews and assessments, you’ll be a trusted recruiter and career partner.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reviewing and qualifying applications from job boards and inbound channels.
Conducting outbound calls to assess motivation, communication, and suitability.
Managing candidate relationships through the recruitment process.
Preparing candidates for interviews and assessment centres.
Supporting and participating in assessment days and client interactions.
Representing Furza at candidate marketing and attraction events.
