Context

You will support the Group Outsourcing Officer (CEO Office) to maintain and improve the quality of the EBA and DORA registers. You will proactively engage with Heads of Business Lines, in the 8 Indosuez’ entities, and other experts to collect, verify and update essential information. Registers are maintained using the Easy tool.

Your position

The Outsourcing Officer is responsible for orchestrating all outsourcing activities and ensuring the effective implementation of the Group’s outsourcing framework, including strategy and third-party risk management policies. This function guarantees a consistent and robust approach to outsourcing across all entities.

Main Responsibilities

implement the outsourcing framework and governance
maintain & consolidate the EBA & DORA registers
ensure the monitoring of risks related
to new outsourcing projects
to ongoing outsourced services (major incidents and periodic reviews)
support Business Lines
to create and maintain documentation for PCIs (including QECI, Risk Assessment and Exit Plans)
to review documentation periodically
to follow-up on SLAs, BCPs, etc. and global oversight

Your profile

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Good knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication skills in French, both spoken and written
Ability to work independently and proactively
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities
