We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to support a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, technical environment. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. The position is primarily office-based, with regular interaction across local teams, global teams, and customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze, document, and support technical or operational processes related to assigned projects
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and process updates with a high level of accuracy
Coordinate tasks and information across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Participate in team meetings, reviews, and cross-functional discussions
Communicate effectively with external customers to gather information, clarify requirements, or provide updates as needed
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity (internship experience is acceptable)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven collaboration experience working with teams on complex topics and shared responsibilities
Ability to work independently while also enjoying team-based problem-solving
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with technical or complex information and translate it into clear documentation
Experience supporting or coordinating work across technical teams
Proficiency with standard office tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., documentation tools, spreadsheets, communication tools)
