Location: Raritan, NJ

Work Model: Hybrid

Duration: 6 months initial, extendable to 18 months

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in Data & Analytics within regulated Pharma/Life Sciences environments to lead the Data domain of a complex enterprise separation program. This leader will own the strategy, governance, migration, and business continuity of data assets across commercial, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality functions.
This is a highly strategic, high-pressure role requiring executive presence, regulatory awareness, and strong command of data governance, compliance, and AI-enabled analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Data & Analytics separation strategy across GxP and non-GxP environments
Lead data migration, validation, archival, and decommissioning efforts while ensuring regulatory compliance
Ensure continuity of critical platforms (ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS, CRM, Data Lakes, BI tools)
Oversee data integrity, lineage, governance, master data management, and stewardship frameworks
Partner with TAOs, TS, A&D teams, Quality, IT, and vendor partners to execute separation milestones
Provide C-level reporting on risks, financials, compliance exposure, and readiness status
Manage data privacy (HIPAA, GDPR), security, and audit readiness requirements
Drive AI/Advanced Analytics continuity and enablement in the future-state environment
Build and lead a Data & Analytics PMO team within the domain
Proactively resolve cross-functional data ownership and regulatory conflicts

Required Qualifications

15+ years in Program Management with significant experience in Pharma/Life Sciences
Proven experience leading Data separation, carve-outs, or A&D programs in regulated environments
Strong understanding of GxP, data integrity (ALCOA+), validation, and audit requirements
Experience with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Azure/AWS, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, etc.)
Demonstrated executive communication and governance leadership
Strong vendor, offshore, and cross-functional coordination experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI/ML platform transitions within regulated settings
Familiarity with validated systems and Computer System Validation (CSV) frameworks
PMP / PgMP certification
Experience with global data compliance and cross-border data transfers

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $140,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $160,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors including market location and may vary depending on knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation includes medical, vision, and dental benefits.
