Must Haves (10+ Years Experience)

Google Angular Framework (expert-level, ideally Angular 12+)
.NET Framework/.NET Core design/development/testing
Entity Framework or other ORM data access tools
REST APIs design/implementation
C#, JavaScript proficiency
SQL experience (relational databases + query languages)
Agile/Scrum delivery team experience (Git source control, feature branches, DevOps CI/CD)

Core Responsibilities

Microsoft/Azure Development (65%):

Full stack solution architecture design/implementation
Front-end/back-end development + database deployment
REST API services construction + UI/API integration
CI/CD pipeline implementation/upkeep

Agile Delivery Team (20%):

Scrum participation: daily standups, iteration demos/reviews
Balanced team contribution (Dev/QA/Product/Design)
Task planning + development estimates
Concurrent development: Git feature branches + CI/CD

Business Analysis (10%):

Translate business requirements → software implementations
