What you will do

Deliver 2nd-line support for Windows Server 2016-2025 and Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops (Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, Studio, Profile Management, on-prem NetScaler).
Investigate and resolve environment/user incidents the helpdesk cannot handle.
Monitor, patch and maintain stability of the Windows/Citrix estate.
Collaborate within a team; write documentation and processes.
Participate in on-call rotation.

What you bring

5+ years hands-on Windows Server (2016+) and Citrix administration (medium level).
Dutch or French + English.
Solid networking & security principles.
Team player, stress-resistant, independent, customer-oriented.
Plus: CCA-V/CCA-AppDS, Active Directory, PowerShell, VMware, NetApp, PRTG, Trend Micro.
