Key Responsibilities
Implement and administer Apptio SaaS modules, including TBM Studio, Cost Transparency, IT Planning, and Cloudability.
Collect, cleanse, model, and transform data from financial systems, CMDB, HR, cloud billing, and ITSM sources.
Build TBM-aligned cost models to map budgets to CIO, CFO, and program-level reporting requirements.
Partner with cloud teams to optimize AWS/Azure/GCP spend using Apptio Cloudability.
Produce dashboards, KPIs, and executive scorecards supporting CPIC, budget submissions, and OMB A-11, A-123, and TMF reporting.
Conduct cost benchmarking, variance analysis, unit cost modeling, and run-rate forecasting.
Support ATO and security requirements for Apptio SaaS (FedRAMP Moderate/High).
Develop and manage data pipelines and integrations (ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, SAP, AWS CUR, Azure billing).
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide end-user training.
Required Qualifications
48+ years in IT financial management, TBM, CPIC, or enterprise data modeling.
Hands-on experience with Apptio Cost Transparency and Cloudability.
Strong financial analysis, modeling, and data transformation skills.
Ability to work across CIO, CFO, Acquisition, Cloud, and PMO stakeholders.
Experience with federal cost models, CPIC, and budget execution.
Preferred Certifications
Apptio TBM Analyst Certification
Apptio Cloudability or FinOps Practitioner
PMP or Agile Delivery certifications
