Full Stack Developer (Strong UI / React Focus)

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Work Mode: Onsite

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong UI development experience to join our onsite team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, a solid understanding of backend development using .NET and SQL, and strong collaboration skills to work closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams. This role requires a passion for building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

1.Application Development

Build reusable React components and front-end libraries.
Implement responsive designs for mobile and desktop.
Use React hooks and lifecycle methods effectively.

2.State & Data Management

Manage global and local state efficiently.
Integrate RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
Handle asynchronous data fetching and error states.

3.Collaboration

Work with UI/UX designers to ensure design fidelity.
Coordinate with backend developers for API integration.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

4.Testing & Debugging

Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Debug and fix UI/UX issues across browsers and devices.

5.Performance & Optimization

Optimize rendering performance using memoization (React.memo, useMemo, useCallback).
Implement lazy loading and code splitting.

6.Version Control & Deployment

Use Git for source control.
Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.

7. Best Practices & Documentation

Follow coding standards and style guides.
Maintain clear documentation for components and workflows.

Full Stack Developer with Strong UI development experience

Front-End Specialist: Focuses on building interactive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
UI/UX Collaborator: Works closely with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional components.
State Management Expert: Implements and manages application state using tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
Integration Bridge: Connects front-end components with backend APIs and services.
API: Design, build and test the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
Performance Optimizer: Ensures smooth rendering, minimal load times, and efficient DOM updates.
Code Quality Maintainer: Writes clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
