Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Digital Asset Management (DAM) portfolio experience to support enterprise-wide digital asset initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, IT, and product owners to gather requirements, optimize DAM workflows, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for DAM solutions.
Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis sessions.
Translate business needs into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Support implementation, enhancement, and integration of DAM platforms.
Define metadata models, taxonomy, governance frameworks, and asset lifecycle workflows.
Work closely with IT, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless integration with CMS, PIM, CRM, and marketing automation systems.
Perform impact analysis, risk assessment, and solution validation.
Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.
Support data migration, asset onboarding, and system upgrades.
Monitor portfolio roadmap, prioritization, and delivery milestones.
Ensure DAM governance, compliance, and digital rights management standards are maintained.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
3+ years of experience working on Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
Strong understanding of DAM systems such as Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Bynder, Aprimo, or similar tools.
Experience in metadata schema design, taxonomy management, and asset governance.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with API integrations and third-party system integrations.
Proficiency in documentation tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
